Remix Foundation Grant Application Terms & Conditions.
1. Privacy and Use of Information
We will collect and store the personal information you provide (such as name, contact details, and project information) for the purpose of assessing your application and administering the grant process.
We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your details will not be shared publicly or passed on to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
If your application is successful, Remix Foundation may request further details (e.g. bank information for payment, photos or stories from your project) to help manage and promote the grant program.
2. Eligibility
By applying, you confirm:
You are 18 years or older, or have consent and support from a responsible adult or organisation.
The project is based in Australia or clearly benefits young people in Australia.
The funds will only be used for the purpose outlined in your application.
You are authorised to apply on behalf of your group or organisation (if applicable).
3. Selection Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee funding. Remix Foundation will review applications based on alignment with our values, the impact on young people, and available funds. Decisions are final and will be made at the discretion of the Remix Foundation team.
We may contact shortlisted applicants for more information before confirming any grants.
4. Use of Funds
If awarded a grant:
You agree to use the funds as described in your application or updated in consultation with us.
You’ll let us know if your project changes significantly or can't go ahead.
We may ask you for a short update, reflection, or impact story once the project wraps up — we’ll keep it simple.
5. Promotion and Consent
If you're awarded a grant, we’d love to share your project (with your permission). We might ask to include your story, name, or images in our communications (e.g. website, reports, or social media). You’ll always have the right to approve or decline this.
